LYRIN SILICONE SEALANT for solar photovoltaic modules
Silicone sealant for solar photovoltaic modules
Silicone sealant for solar photovoltaic modules, also known as silicone sealant or silicone sealant [1], is a single component neutral curing silicone material specifically used for bonding and sealing solar photovoltaic modules, solar lamps, and other equipment. The technology of silicone sealant can be traced back to the special bonding material developed for the Dongfanghong-1 satellite in 1970. Its industrialization began with the launch of China's first domestically produced silicone sealant by LYRIN Technology in 2016.

This product has excellent bonding performance to materials such as aluminum, glass, and plastic. It needs to meet the requirements of bonding performance, sealing performance, aging resistance, electrical insulation performance, and the ability to bond and adjust deformation to different materials, and comply with the relevant IEC and UL standards for weather resistance and safety. It forms an elastic body through room temperature moisture curing, and the surface skinning time is 10-15 minutes at 50% humidity at room temperature. The deep curing time varies with the degree of exposure to air. Before construction, acetone and other solvents should be used to clean the surface of the substrate. After applying glue, the uncured adhesive layer should be adjusted in a timely manner, and protective gloves should be worn to avoid contact with the skin or eyes, and the working environment should be kept ventilated. The effective storage period is 12 months after production, and it needs to be stored in a dry, ventilated environment with a temperature not exceeding 27 ℃. The packaging specifications include 300ml plastic tube packaging, HUNAN TENGCAN LYRIN TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD as well as various sizes such as 310ml, 600ml tube packaging, and 25.5kg barrel packaging。
