LYRIN KH-560 γ-Glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane This product is epoxy functionalized silane.

Main purpose:

1. Suitable for adhesion of epoxy resin, alkyd resin, phenolic resin, acrylic resin, nylon, etc. as glass paint, metal paint, vulcanized silicone rubber, etc

2. Improve the strength performance of hard composite materials reinforced with glass fiber rovings, and maintain the strength performance to the maximum extent after the humidity control period.

3. Enhancing the electrical performance of epoxy resin based electronic sealants and packaging materials, as well as printed circuit boards, is achieved by improving the adhesion between the resin and the substrate or filler.

4. Effective for a wide range of fillers and matrices, including metals such as clay, talc, wollastonite, silica, quartz, aluminum, copper, and iron.

5. Specific applications that benefit from adding KH-560 include: epoxy sealants filled with quartz, premix formulations, epoxy resin concrete repair materials or coatings filled with sand, and epoxy resin materials used for mold making tools and metal filling.

6. Exemption from the requirement for independent primers in polysulfide and polyurethane sealants and joint compounds.

7. Improve the adhesion of two parts of epoxy structural adhesive.

8. Improve the adhesion of water-based acrylic latex sealant and sealant in coatings based on polyurethane and epoxy resin.

9. Improve the compatibility, dispersibility, and flowability of adhesives in organic toners.
