Application:
It is used as a high-purity analytical reagent and used in the preparation of semiconductor materials in the electronic industry.
Used as high-purity analytical reagents and semiconductor materials.
Gallium oxide (Ga2O3) is a wide-bandgap semiconductor with Eg=4.9eV, and its electrical conductivity and light-emitting properties have long attracted people's attention.
Ga2O3 is a transparent oxide semiconductor material, which has broad application prospects in optoelectronic devices. It is used as an insulating layer for Ga-based semiconductor materials and ultraviolet filters.
It can also be used as an O2 chemical detector.
